Senior General Liability Defense Attorney - Multiple Openings

Southern California - Remote

A well-established national defense firm is actively hiring general liability and bodily injury defense attorneys across Southern California, with multiple current openings. The firm handles a broad mix of GL, auto, premises, and bodily injury defense matters for regional and national insurance carriers, offering attorneys real caseload responsibility, full remote flexibility, and a manageable 1,850 billable hour target.

What You Will Do

\n
• Manage a variety of general liability and bodily injury defense matters from early case strategy through resolution
\n
• Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and expert witnesses
\n
• Draft and argue motions including summary judgment and discovery motions
\n
• Participate in mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
\n
• Work directly with clients and adjusters to evaluate exposure and develop case strategy
\n

Who You Are

\n
• 5-10+ years of litigation experience in general liability, bodily injury, or related insurance defense
\n
• Active California Bar license in good standing
\n
• Comfortable managing your own caseload independently, fully remote
\n
• Strong legal writer with practical, business-minded judgment
\n
• Looking to build a long-term practice, not just manage a docket
\n
