Toolkit For Founders focuses on simplifying vendor selection so founders can spend more time building and scaling their businesses. Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Toolkit For Founders in a full-time, remote capacity. This role involves defining and executing the company vision, setting measurable goals, and overseeing business planning, finance, operations, and sales. The CEO will build and lead a high-performing team, cultivate key partnerships with service providers, and ensure strong relationships with founders using the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing the platform experience, managing budgets and fundraising initiatives, and representing the organization with stakeholders, investors, and partners. The CEO will also foster a culture of transparency, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the company.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Finance and Business Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Proven experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization and scalable systems.
• Strong background in Sales and revenue growth, particularly in B2B or platform-based business models.
• Advanced Strategic Planning skills, with the ability to define long-term vision and convert strategy into action.
• Experience leading remote teams, with inclusive people-management and communication practices.
• Prior leadership experience in startups, SMB-focused services, or technology platforms is highly beneficial.
• Ability to build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and work effectively with founders, vendors, and investors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
