Responsibilities

• Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, and general landscape maintenance tasks.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools, such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers, under supervision.
• Support the installation of new landscape features, including flower beds, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed for daily tasks.
• Follow instructions from the Landscape Crew Leader to complete assignments efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors or the Landscape Crew Leader.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• No prior landscaping experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage time well.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping practices and equipment is a plus.
