Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression - Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy - Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services - Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction - Process payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions securely - Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure safety and security Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Proficiency with hotel management software and MS Office - Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure - Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus At Courtyard Marriott, we value our team members and are dedicated to fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development.
