As a Legal Assistant, you will provide support to attorneys and paralegals by performing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings and motions
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and court dates
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of three-years, relevant Legal Assistant experience required.
- Pay commensurate with experience ($40,000-$45,000)
