This individual will be embedded in agile, stream-aligned teams focused on delivering key business outcomes tied to organizational OKRs. The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator, but a true agile coach—someone who can remove blockers, protect team productivity, and continuously evolve team performance. This role requires experience operating within regulated environments, ensuring compliance and risk checkpoints are seamlessly integrated into delivery cycles.
